The purpose of this business plan is to showcase the continued development and expansion of a unique business that acquires inventories of scrap steel among producers within the United States with the intent to resell the steel in bulk to manufacturers and related entities
domestically and internationally. Crescent Logistic International Inc. (“the Company”) was founded in 2024. The business will have a capitalization as require. Full scale revenue generating operations are expected to commence in the third quarter of
this year. The Company is based in Brooklyn, New York.

Organizational Objectives
• Quickly acquire large inventories of recyclable scrap steel that can be converted into divestible metal inventories.
• Remain within the letter of the law regarding all facets of operations.
• Maintain fiscally sound operating protocols.
• Continually develop relationships with companies that produce substantial amounts of scrap steel that can be cost effectively acquired        by the Company.
• Maintain an expansive marketing campaign that targets manufacturing firms (including through the use of sales agents, search engine        optimization, and highly focused social media campaigns).
• Integrate state-of-the-art equipment and technology into all facets of operations in order to streamline business processes.
• Complete disclosure and transparency regarding all financial transactions.
• To develop Crescent Logistic International as a wealth and income creating vehicle for the Company’s Owner.
